For the protection system of the belt conveyor, there are eight main aspects to know
1、 Anti-skid protection sensor collects belt speed. When skidding occurs, the control box can automatically cut off the power supply of the belt conveyor, stop the belt conveyor, and realise the speed protection.
2, deviation protection control box can automatically cut off the power supply of the belt conveyor, stop the belt conveyor, to achieve the runout protection.
3、Emergency stop protection pull-wire emergency stop switch is installed along the control panel and belt of each control box for fault emergency stop protection.
4、Over-temperature protection Temperature sensor is used to monitor the bearing temperature of the belt conveyor or the temperature of other parts or the temperature of the surrounding environment. When the temperature of the monitoring point exceeds the set value, the control box can automatically cut off the power supply of the belt conveyor to realise the over-temperature protection, and at the same time start the nozzle to reduce the temperature.
5, anti-smoke When the smoke generated by the belt is detected by the smoke sensor, the control box achieves parking protection and starts the sprinkler dust suppression device.
6、Automatic dust removal nozzle When the belt is overheated or smoke, the solenoid valve can be controlled to open to realise automatic water sprinkling and dust removal.
7、Start and stop control
- Start the car press the “start button” on the panel of the control box, the belt conveyor will run immediately, and the indicator light will show the running signal;
Note: If the equipment is faulty and has not been reset, the equipment can not be started. The “start button” on the control box panel is valid only when there is no fault.
- Stop Normal Stop: Normal stop is to stop the normal operation of the equipment;
Emergency stop: when the equipment fails, operate the panel “emergency stop button” or pull the cable emergency stop switch, the belt stops immediately;
The difference between emergency stop and normal stop is: no matter what operation mode is emergency stop, it is stopped immediately. After troubleshooting, manual reset is required to restart. Emergency stop belongs to fault stop.
8, manual watering operation panel “watering” button can control the solenoid valve for manual watering, and can set the watering time, cancellation of watering at any time.
